Positioning

Renovation quoting still relies on veteran foremen and hand-built Excel: slow, inconsistent, and prone to omission disputes, while customers have no standard way to compare bids. SmartQuote turns Ganghong SmartDecor's craft-pricing library and years of real project data into a rules engine, layered with AI requirement understanding. Describe what you want, and the system produces a fully itemized, consistent structured quote in minutes. All pricing runs through a deterministic rules engine with data validation — the LLM never does the math, and every quote is human-reviewed before it reaches the customer.

Three-tier plan comparison

One click generates Basic / Comfort / Premium plans for the same floor plan, with material and cost differences side by side, so customers choose on a standard basis.

Deterministic pricing engine

Amounts are computed deterministically by the rules engine (craft-pricing tables) with data validation; the LLM only handles requirement understanding and proposal copy — it never touches the numbers.

One-click export & e-signature

Export quotes to PDF in one click, with online e-signature confirmation — a fully auditable closing flow.

Native Airtable workflow

Connects directly to the existing customer / project / quote three-table Airtable workflow at Ganghong SmartDecor — quotes land in the system without changing how the store already works.

AI Output Risk Notice

AI output risk level: Medium (quotes are customer-facing). Every quote is human-reviewed before being sent, and AI-generated content is clearly labeled.
